How quickly will someone get back to me?
On working days we aim to call or message back within two hours. Enquiries that come in late at night or on Sunday are usually answered by the next morning.
Do I have to pay anything to get an itinerary?
No. The first itinerary and its revisions are free. You only pay once you approve the plan and we start confirming bookings.
I don’t know my dates yet. Can I still enquire?
Yes, and it’s often better. Tell us the rough month and we’ll tell you which weeks are cheaper, which ones have better weather, and when to book flights.
Can you handle visas, forex and travel insurance?
For international trips we guide you through the visa paperwork, arrange forex and can add travel insurance to your booking. Approval always rests with the embassy, so we never promise a visa outcome.
Do you plan group and corporate tours?
Yes — school groups, office offsites and family reunions of 10 to 100+ travellers. Mention the headcount in your enquiry and we’ll put a group specialist on it.
Can I book only flights or only a hotel?
Absolutely. Plenty of travellers use us just for flights, hotels or cruise cabins without a full package. Pick “Flights & hotels only” in the form.
